Sofort r\u00fcckten zahlreiche Kameraden in die Ger\u00e4teh\u00e4user ein und fuhren zur Einsatzstelle im Bereich Eschenrain bzw. hinter der Firma Huber Schriften aus. Aufgrund des Alarmierungsstichwortes &#8222;f3&#8220; wurde auch gleich die Feuerwehr Rankweil mit alarmiert. Die Kameraden aus Rankweil r\u00fcckten mit einem L\u00f6schzug mit dem GTLF an. Nach der Erkundung durch den Einsatzleiter wurde sofort das Tankl\u00f6schfahrzeug in Stellung gebracht und mit dem Wasserwerfer erste L\u00f6schma\u00dfnahmen durchgef\u00fchrt. Zum Gl\u00fcck hatten Anrainer bereits L\u00f6schma\u00dfnahmen gesetzt und so war der Brand schnell unter Kontrolle. Mit der Schnellangriffeinrichtung und den Schlauchtragek\u00f6rben wurden Nachl\u00f6scharbeiten im Wald durchgef\u00fchrt und alle Glutnester abgel\u00f6scht. Als Vorbeugende Ma\u00dfnahme wurden anschlie\u00dfend noch der umliegende Wald und die Wiesenfl\u00e4chen mit Netzmittel ben\u00e4sst.
